Lettuce - Webbs Wonderful
In April 2013, WebWonder's handling of image maps has been improved and extended.
For polygon maps, you can now enter 3 to 6 for the number of sides you want to start with.
All of the improvements affect the HTML AREA command which now supports the following attributes:
HREF, NOHREF, TITLE, ALT, TARGET, onClick, CLASS, ID, STYLE, TABINDEX, SHAPE and COORDS.
The ones that have changed are:
NOHREF: Previously this was passed through unaltered but not really supported by WebWonder. Now it is set for newly created areas and shows in the 'Local' field of the hyperlink box. To remove it, click on the X icon to the right of it. Another click on the X icon will restore it.
TITLE: This is the link title and was previously shown in the hyperlink box as the ALT attribute. Now it really is the link title and will show up where 'tooltips' are supported. The ALT attribute now follows in the same icon, separated from the title by a vertical bar character. TITLE is limited to 127 characters as for an ordinarty link title.*
ALT: This previously occupied the Title field of the hyperlink box and now follows the title in the same icon, separated from it by a vertical bar character with no other spaces. The ALT attribute is limited to 63 characters.*
onClick: This is a new feature. Although it appeared in the hyperlink box, it was not previously passed on to the AREA command.
* If you need a vertical bar character to appear in either the TITLE or ALT part, use | instead.
